After working in an assembly line to prepare our sheet pan grilled cheese, the students got right to slicing up vegetables for the crudité platter.
Hailey Brown took pride in arranging them neatly on the tray. Everyone was interested in learning the benefits in making your own dip over buying it in the store. Syleem Davis gave the homemade dip a “10 out of 10” when he tasted it. All were impressed with the cheese pull on the sandwiches, noting that it pretty much tasted like pizza!
