The Center for Urban Bioethics of the Lewis Katz School of Medicine is a major partner for Farm to Families. Through the outreach at CUB, Farm to Families serves over 300 families each week. - Community Oral Health Initiatives
Community Oral Health Initiatives of St. Christopher’s Foundation for Children - Up to 100 families with a child receiving comprehensive dental care through COHI's Ronald McDonald Care Mobile are enrolled in Fresh to You, a subsidiary program of Farm to Families. In this way, St Christopher’s Foundation for Children is able to serve the entire family. - Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative
Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op provides the mostly organic CSA boxes that families receive. Our partnership with Lancaster Farm Fresh allows us to supply our families with local and seasonal produce. - Carversville Farm Foundation
Carversville Farm Foundation is a Bucks County farm whose mission is to grow high quality produce and raise organic eggs to give away. Since 2021, Carversville has provided produce and organic eggs to Fresh to You families. - Food Connect
Food Connect is committed to reducing food insecurity and improving food equity. Food Connect acts as our delivery partner for Farm to Families, Fresh to You and My Family Kitchen—providing door to door delivery.
