The students worked as a great team as we prepared the Abruzze lentil soup and corn muffins. They wrote in their cooking journals:

Sebastian Carter -I chopped celery and parsley and liked that I can chop and stir things for the soup. How would you describe this meal? “I would describe this meal as wet.”

Hope Soberal – The corn muffins were the best and I think I could make them at home.
