We had another spirited and enthusiastic session. Everyone was excited to prepare chicken wings. Caesar salad was a little bit more of an unknown but proved to be a big hit! We took a vote and the salad won as the favorite dish of the day by 4-2! Novah declared it the best salad ever! All of the kids were a little bit nervous about cutting the chicken, but they gave it their all. A couple of them admitted that it was “scary, but satisfying.”
