We were so busy trying a more complex recipe that we forgot to take pictures! The highlight no doubt was how much fun it was to smash corn flakes into the coating mix.
We learned how to do an assembly line of sorts, dipping the chicken into the milk, then into the coating mix, and then onto the parchment paper. They baked very well in the convection oven, coming out really crispy. The kids also loved crushing the garlic for the broccoli rabe. Some of them already knew how to do it. And there was plenty of chicken and greens to take home. Adrian wanted to make it again for his family soon.
