Today we had a guest chef – Miss Mari. It was great having her join us. She taught the cooking class at Sacred Heart before and had even taught one of our students, Alanna Whaley.

The students really loved this meal! They enjoyed cooking the meat and the pasta and had fun grating the Parmesan cheese and dicing the fresh Basil.

Everyone loved the finished product, with several going back for seconds AND even thirds! Although several of them picked out the zucchini, they all said they are getting more used to the cooked onion in their food.
