Students worked hard to meet the 4:30 pm start of the Spring 2023 MFK’s graduation dinner. Guests genuinely enjoyed the menu. There were no leftovers! The dinner finished with the award of certificates of completion and enthusiastic applause for the graduates.

Parents in attendance showed particular pride in their children’s achievement and one mother noted how she looked forward to having a new chef in the family to cook delicious, healthy meals. By all measures, the graduation dinner was a great success!

We thank both Maureen Fitzgerald who founded MFK and St. Christopher Hospital Foundation for its financial support which have made the opportunity possible for Visitation BVM students to learn to prepare nutritious, delicious meals on a budget. We hope that what MFK graduates have learned leads to a lifetime of healthy cooking and healthy eating!
