This week’s recipe, Moroccan Stew, was jam-packed with lessons – measuring, chopping, peeling, grating, and sautéing, and the students excelled in all.

But the final dish was met with mediocre response from all but one student. No love for quinoa. Nevertheless, they all followed the “3 bite rule”.

Unlike the students, the teachers loved it! We’re all looking forward to the fish tacos next week!
