Students were not cohesive in their thoughts about this meal. Students enjoyed having the opportunity to cut so many vegetables. One student stated that she appreciated being able to do things in the kitchen that she wouldn’t be able to do at home. When it came time for opinions of what the food tasted like, a few enjoyed it and a few disliked it. “The eggplant was soggy while preparing” according to one student. The strawberry dessert was a hit. One student said, “It was amazing! Another student stand, “It was delicious!”
