While the students appreciated the simplicity of this week’s meal, the reviews were mixed on the taste. “No onions?!” Asked Nazarah Jones. All the students said they were used to onions in their egg salad. A little yogurt instead of a lot of mayonnaise was another surprise. Kale was a new experience for everyone. The student chefs enjoyed the massaging technique, and were intrigued by the idea of making their own dressing. After eating, the thumbs up, down, and sideways poll proved to be a three-way tie.
