Week Four was very eventful. To start our young chefs came very hyperactive, and as we were preparing the meal there was a sudden nose bleed. We had to stop everything to attend to the child with the nose bleed and then clean and sanitize the work space.
Today we spent a lot of time redirecting behavior and as a result we forgot to season the cod before we put the panko on the cod. Everyone liked the cod but agreed that it needed more seasoning. The carrots were a hit.
