Baked grilled cheese was almost as much of a mind-blower as the homemade ranch dressing. Cutting the thick carrots and softer tomatoes really tested our knife skills. It was all worth it when we dipped the veggies in our dressing. There was no talking to Cherish Brown as she enjoyed every bit of it. “Oh! This is coming home with me. It’s so good.” It didn’t make it! The group liked the sandwiches, but the non-tomato lovers among us felt that thinner slices and more bake time would have made for a more enjoyable pizza-like taste.
