This was a challenging week for us as we added a dessert to the menu so we could practice it before our family dinner next week. We definitely had to work as teams today.

After prepping our dishes, our young chefs practiced their presentations for the family dinner.

As we dined we discussed the herbs spices in the guacamole. Kiera and Jameal thought that it would taste “nasty” but they agreed that the spices used made it taste really good. As usual, they all went for seconds and took some good.
