Our chefs came into class with great enthusiasm and ready to make soup! They all gained more experience with their knife skills, chopping onions, celery and carrots. Handling raw chicken was a bit of a challenge for some, but they all did it! Two of our students claimed they didn’t like soup, categorically. But after tasting our delicious soup filled with yummy vegetables, their minds were changed. They all really enjoyed it and said they’d make this at home.
