The Comly chefs were hard at work prepping for this week’s meal! Peeling the ginger and chopping the garlic took some patience and gave us time to work on our cutting skills!

“Careful, you’re going to rip it!” was heard as they took turns peeling off lettuce leaves to prep for the lettuce wraps! Most of the cooks found the fresh ginger and red pepper was too spicy in the turkey wraps. Jaxon declared it “Perfectly full of flavor”! The corn and edamame side dish was a big hit, Mrs. Thorp is planning on using it as a variation of succotash at her Thanksgiving dinner this year!
