The new student chefs were excited to get to know our make-shift kitchen and learn the secrets of what is in all those bins! We were off to a quick start with a few students already having knife skills. Others were quick learners. Raelynn Williams-Savage thought cracking eggs was the most fun. The burritos were a big hit. No one said they would change a thing about it – except maybe “more cheese!” Darius Smith was already excitedly looking ahead to next week’s menu.
