For this meal, we had a good time preparing the food and an even better time consuming it. Students were actively involved in the preparation and clean up. In addition, students set their dishes up accordingly, prayed and ate together while socializing with each other.
This meal included roasted chicken, cilantro rice, a salad of mixed greens with an Asian inspired dressing. For dessert, there was a parfait of Greek yogurt, various fruits, honey and granola.
