We welcomed our new students at St. Cecilia’s with open arms! And what a lovely group of aspiring chefs they are!
We have five students – 4 girls and 1 boy. They came in with great enthusiasm and energy to learn new things.
The first class requires a lot of conversation and instruction, so we appreciate the recipe being fairly simple. The students learned proper knife skills, and practiced their chopping, slicing and dicing. They really enjoyed the breakfast burrito and all said they’d like to make it at home! Bravo, class!!
