Happy Week 1! We had a great time learning together at our first class, which happens to be all young women! The girls were really excited to get into the kitchen and wanted to take part in every task.

After we finished cooking, we rolled our burritos together and phrases like “I want a little bit of everything” and “I’m not gonna lie this was mad fun” could be heard in the kitchen. While we were eating we did some education about the food, one of the girls informing another that “eggs aren’t lactose they’re protein”.

All in all it was a great first class and we’re excited for next weeks meal together!
