It was a difficult dance trying to balance a large pot and a large pan on our little cooktop, but we made it work.
The students have been most excited about the spaghetti and it paid off. “You don’t really see the onions, but you know they are there,” noted Jadeara Sumter, adding that they gave the sauce a good flavor. The students were happy to learn that a healthier version of a favorite meal could still be so tasty.
