1/4 Avocado, Sliced
1/2 Grapefruit, Peeled & Seeded
1/2 C. Reduced Sodium Garbanzo Beans/Chickpeas
1 Tbsp. Reduced Fat Feta
1/2 C. Cooked Quinoa
2 Red Lettuce Leaves, Chopped
1 Tbsp. Light Vinaigrette
Salt-Free Seasoning of Choice


  • Place most of the quinoa in the bottom of the bowl.
  • Add the rest of everything (aside from the vinaigrette) along with the remaining quinoa.
  • Top with the vinaigrette.
