Ingredients

  • cup skimmed or low-fat (1%) milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (or your choice of flavor)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana, ripe

 

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients and blend in food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Refrigerate until served.
