3-Ingredient Healthy Banana Pancakes

 

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional (but highly recommended): 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mash banana in a medium bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the two eggs.
  3. Add eggs to banana and whisk together until thoroughly combined. Whisk in salt and cinnamon.
  4. Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Spray griddle with cooking spray and use a tablespoon to drop batter onto griddle. Let set for a few minutes, and then flip with spatula. Cook for an additional minute or two on remaining side and remove to plate.

  • 1 plátano maduro, apachurrado
  • 2 huevos
  • 1/4 cucharadita canela
  • 1/8 cucharadita sal

Instrucciones

  1. En un tazón, apachurrar plátano.
  2. En otro tazón batir huevos
  3. Agregar los huevos al plátano y revolver hasta combinar. Agregar canela y sal y batir.
  4. Calentar un satén sobre fuego medio. Rociar con mantequilla, utilice una cuchara para agregar la mezcla al satén. Dejar cocer un par de minutos, voltear y cocer del otro lado. Servir.
